Reservation Policies

We want to make sure that our customers understand the terms and conditions of their booking. If for any reason you do not understand any part of our Reservation Policies, please contact us prior to placing your order.

CHECK-IN POLICY:

Check-In Time is 4:00 PM
Check-Out Time is 12:00 PM
Minimum Check-In Age is 18

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once you have made a reservation with us you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy. If for any reason, you do not understand any part of the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Reservations booked and paid online at www.hotelnacionaldecuba.com may only be canceled up to 7 days prior to the check-in date.
There will be no refunds for shortened stays.
There are no refunds for reservations that include December 24th and December 31st.
There are no refunds, cancellations or changes for special rates, last-minute sales or other non-refundable bookings.
All reservations will be charged the amount equal to the first night when canceled.

Please be aware that our hotel cannot assume responsibility if guests do not obtain the required travel visas or government permissions for travel to our country or stay at our hotel. If such a situation arises, we will adhere to our standard cancellation policy. We urge all guests to verify their travel documents and stay updated with current regulations before making a reservation.

ACCOMMODATION MODIFICATION POLICY:

Any sort of changes to the reservation, such as: arrival date, departure date, room type, and/or other, would be subject to the hotel’s availability at the time the modification is requested and may result in a possible rate change and/or service fee.

RESERVATIONS GUARANTEE POLICY:

Please note that all reservations must be paid in full in advance with a major credit card in order to be 100% guaranteed.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Children under 2 years of age stay FREE OF CHARGE
Children over 2 years and under 12 years of age pay 50% the adult rate when in a double room.

ADDITIONAL ROLLAWAY BEDS:

Additional rollaway beds are available for an additional charge. To ensure availability based on your reservation, we encourage you to make a request prior to arriving at the hotel. Please note that rollaway beds are not permitted in any of our suite rooms.

PET POLICY:

We apologize for any inconvenience, but pets are not permitted at our hotel suites rooms.

EVENTS (RESERVATION OF ROOMS, DINING, AND OTHERS):

In these cases you will receive a service contract detailing the services to be received by the hotel and payment policy in the terms cited below.

For events of 10-50 people
You must make your reservations at least a month in advance. To ensure your event must make a payment of 20% of the total bill at the time that your application is confirmed.

15 days before your event, you must pay 50% of the total bill
remaining 30% must be performed before the end of the activity.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel the event, have to do with 15 days notice without penalty.
Failure to do so in those terms, you will be penalized as follows:

With 14 days before: 10% off payment made.
With 3 days before: 15% discount payment made.
With less than two days to save 20% of the payment made.
For events of more than 50-100 people.

You must make your reservations at least three months in advance. To ensure your event must make a payment of 30% of the total bill at the time that your application is confirmed.

1 month before your event, you must pay 50% of the total bill
The remaining 20% must be performed before the end of the activity.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel the event, you must do one month in advance without penalty.
Failure to do so in those terms, you will be penalized as follows:

With 20 days before: 10% off payment made.
With 10 days before: 20% discount payment made.
With less than two days to save 30% of the payment made
For events of over 100 people:

You must make your reservations at least four months in advance. To ensure your event must make a payment of 30% of the total bill at the time that your application is confirmed.

45 days before your event, you must pay 60% of the total bill
remaining 10% must be performed before the end of the activity.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel the event, have to do with 15 days notice without penalty.
Failure to do so in those terms, you will be penalized as follows:

• With one month before: Discount of 10% of the payment made.
• With 20 days before: 15% discount payment made.
• With less than 10 days, with 20% discount payment made.
